Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using SSMM Panel at ssmmpanel.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with platform rules of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, and any network you target.

Accounts and API keys

Keep credentials and API keys private. You are responsible for actions taken under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse: free-trial farming, chargebacks, spam ordering, credential stuffing, or attempts to reverse-engineer provider credentials.

One person/business should not create endless throwaway accounts to bypass fair-use limits on free packs.

Orders and services

Service descriptions (rate, min/max, start time, refill, drip-feed) are indicative and can change when suppliers update inventory.

Never place duplicate orders for the same link and service while another is still processing unless the description allows it.

Never submit passwords. Only public URLs or usernames accepted by the service row.

Partial, canceled, or failed orders may return unused balance according to the service’s rules and supplier report. Refill windows, when offered, apply only as written on that service.

We are a panel operator routing orders to suppliers. We do not guarantee organic ranking, algorithm favors, or permanent metrics on third-party platforms.

Payments and balance

Deposits are credited after verification of payment proof matched to your username. False proofs are grounds for suspension.

Balance is non-transferable between users unless we explicitly approve a migration.

Chargebacks or payment disputes opened without contacting support first may lead to permanent bans and forfeiture of remaining balance.

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes, if any, are your responsibility in your region.

Reseller API

The public API is PerfectPanel-compatible for services, add, status, and balance. Rate limits and fair-use rules apply.

You may not use the API to attack infrastructure, scrape proprietary supplier lists for resale as a clone of our catalog without authorization, or overload status polling.

You remain responsible for how you present services to your own customers, including your refund policy toward them.

Prohibited use

Illegal content, impersonation of protected brands where prohibited, malware distribution, harassment campaigns, or anything that violates applicable law.

Attempting to access other users’ accounts, admin tools, or provider credentials.

Disclaimer and liability

Services are provided “as available.” Platforms may change algorithms or remove metrics without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the unused balance on your account related to the disputed order. We are not liable for lost profits, reputation damage, or indirect losses.

Changes and governing matters

We may update these terms; continued use after the update date means acceptance. For material changes we may post a notice in the dashboard.
